Xiaodeng Island Introduction

Xiaodeng Island is located in Dadeng Town, Xiang’an District. The waters around the island are vast, and the sea is clear. It is rich in groupers, prawns, etc. The residential houses on the island are mainly in the style of southern Fujian architecture, full of folk customs. There are also historical sites left by Qiu Kui, a famous Neo-Confucian scholar at the end of the Song Dynasty when he lived in seclusion on the small island, and the King of Cycas in Fujian.
